I'm a technology builder, entrepreneur, and convergence-minded strategic thinker with over two decades in the game. My identity is rooted in being a team builder who believes in the power of technology to reshape how people live and businesses grow.
My entrepreneurial journey started with founding Alchemative in 2014 — building it from the ground up into a company serving 800+ clients across 15 countries, developing Pakistan's e-commerce infrastructure before most people knew what that meant. In December 2024, Alchemative was acquired by Devsinc, where I now serve as SVP E-Commerce & Digital Retail, leading the transformation of the global e-commerce landscape.
Alongside that, I've co-founded UnumPay (a global fintech payments platform), architected Ginkgo (Pakistan's first fully functional omnichannel engine), built HUB47 to help Pakistani startups scale into the UAE, founded The Growth Circle for entrepreneurs, and am the Founder & Principal Consultant of Insightive — a knowledge and growth platform for founders and business leaders. My career has never followed a single lane. I've led at Telenor, advised at PwC, co-founded marketing and digital agencies, and served as a board member across technology companies.
My focus has always been on creating systems — ecosystems that drive operational excellence and deliver tangible, lasting value. I write about what I've learned along the way: the frameworks, the failures, and the decisions that shaped everything.
